Here at surfaces tiles, we back up our exquisite selections and unbeatable prices with lightning fast delivery. All our products, including adhesives and grout, are stored in our UK warehouse, our customers do not have to wait weeks for their delivery.
All orders are processed as soon as they come in, and every customer receives low shipping rates with fast delivery regardless of the size of orders. We provide expedited shipping for clients who need their products sooner. You can choose expedited delivery at checkout, but extra charges apply.
All standard tiles orders are delivered in pallets and to the curbside only. Purchases over £250 are delivered free while purchases less than £250 incur £45 delivery charge per pallet. This rate covers all deliveries in the London area zone 1-6. On the agreed delivery date, you must ensure that someone is available to accept/sign for the delivery. All damages must be signed for as damaged and reported within 24 hours.
Additional charges apply for deliveries outside London. To find out these charges, add items to cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be required to provide delivery details. Input your accurate delivery information, and we will provide a pricing list.
Additional charges may apply for remote and hard to reach areas such as areas accessible only by ferry and military bases. These charges will be calculated after the order is received and processed. You will be contacted and asked to make payment for delivery, and your order will only be shipped out when such payment is received.
Tiling accessories, adhesive and grout are delivered as parcels and go out by courier. They will be delivered to your doorstep, and if our courier does not meet you on the agreed delivery date, a calling card will be left for you to rearrange delivery or claim products from your local depot.
Orders will be shipped out the next day, in 2-3 working days or 5-7 working days depending on the type of order. To find out when your order will be shipped, place items in the cart and proceed to checkout. Provide the requisite delivery information, and you will be notified when to expect delivery. You can select expedited delivery at checkout, and charges will be calculated accordingly.
