All Orders Are Processed As Soon As They Come In, And Every Customer Receives Low Shipping Rates With Fast Delivery Regardless Of The Size Of the Orders. We Provide Expedited Shipping For Clients Who Need Their Products Sooner. You Can Choose Expedited Delivery At Checkout, But Extra Charges Apply.
Tiling Accessories, Adhesive, And Grout Are Delivered As Parcels And Go Out By Courier. They Will Be Delivered To Your Doorstep, And If Our Courier Does Not Meet You On The Agreed Delivery Date, A Calling Card Will Be Left For You To Rearrange Delivery Or Claim Products From Your Local Depot.
Additional Charges May Apply For Remote And Hard To Reach Areas Such As Areas Accessible Only By Ferry And Military Bases. These Charges Will Be Calculated After The Order Is Received And Processed. You Will Be Contacted And Asked To Make Payment For Delivery, And Your Order Will Only Be Shipped Out When Such Payment Is Received.

Driver’s Role
- Please note that the driver’s role is limited to delivering the order to the specified address. They will not be responsible for unloading the tiles from the delivery vehicle or bringing them inside your premises.
- It is important to ensure that you have sufficient manpower or equipment to safely and efficiently unload the tiles upon delivery.
